Result of No Time For Liver, 1st International cartoon contest
Result of No Time For Liver, 1st International cartoon contest: Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences is happy to announce the result of the first international cartoon contest organized recently. The contest had received 759 entries on the theme “No Time For Liver” ( 365 entries in international category and 394 entries in Indian Category )
The contest was organized under The EMPATHY CAMPAIGN: No Time For Liver, Empowering People Against Hepatitis which is supported by the Airports Authority of India under its Corporate Social Responsibility initiative. It was announced on 10th July 2019
We received an overwhelming response from the participants from both India and abroad (around 40 countries globally). In order to appreciate sincere efforts and participation, it has been decided to introduce two Consolation awards in International Category at par with Indian Category and 10 Appreciation Awards in each Category (India and international).

*For International Awardees:
- First, three Awards carrying prize money of 800$, 650$ and 500$ respectively is restricted to maximum prize money of 55000 INR, 45,000 INR, and 35,000 INR respectively
(depending upon the exchange rate of INR with respect to USD)
- Consolation Prizes carrying prize money of 278$ is restricted to a maximum of 20,000 INR (depending upon the exchange rate of INR with respect to USD)
- Appreciation Awards carrying prize money of 100$ is restricted to a maximum of 7500 INR
(depending upon the exchange rate of INR with respect to USD)
- The Award money is subject to the transaction charges and shall be sanctioned as per the rules of government of India.
*For all the awardees: The award money transfer will be governed by the rules of government of India and may have tax deductions wherever applicable.
All the Participants (who sent their entries before 15 August 2019 shall get Certificate of Participation)
We shall connect to the winners and awardees through email. The correspondence regarding prize awards to the winners will be initiated on 28th September 2019 onwards after the Cartoon exhibition.
The contestants shall be informed about the contest exhibition soon.
